We offer a wide range of both medical and non-medical home care services. We understand that each client’s needs are unique and that is why we customize our services to each client’s needs. We evaluate each client’s needs and create a plan of care that integrates multiple disciplines as necessary. From simple home health cases requiring a few aide visits a week to complex ones requiring nursing and therapy daily, our experienced team of clinicians and case managers will work with physicians and caregivers to create the best plan.
Nursing:
medication, administration and management, medical & psychiatric nursing, post-surgical, I.V. infusion, diabetic/hypertension/chronic disease management, wound care specialty.
Home Health Aides:
Your loved ones will be taken care of by trained, respectable caregivers or home health aides. Caregivers or home health aides give direct care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, incontinent care, range of motion, assisting with ambulation, assisting with light housekeeping and light meals of choice for the client per diet, and assisting with appointments.
RN Case Management:
For all non-medical needs.
